Overview
A native of Bethlehem, PA, Steve received his law degree from the University of Baltimore Law School, where he also was a staff editor for the University of Baltimore Law Forum journal. Following graduation, Steve served as a law clerk to Judge Glenn L. Klavans in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. Prior to joining ACK, Steve was an Assistant State’s Attorney in Anne Arundel County, where he tried dozens of cases in district court and multiple jury trials in the circuit court.
Before attending law school, Steve received his bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University and a master’s degree from Notre Dame of Maryland University. He previously worked as a special education teacher in Prince George’s County Schools and as a behavior resource associate at the Kennedy-Krieger Institute Fairmount campus.
