Overview

Before joining ACK, Michael completed a judicial clerkship for The Hon. Timothy E. Meredith of the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. Michael received his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law, where he served as the Manuscripts Editor of the Maryland Law Review. During law school, Michael received the Roger Howell Achievement Award, and the Simon E. Sobeloff Award for Outstanding Achievement in Constitutional Law. 

Michael also served as a judicial intern for The Hon. Ellen L. Hollander of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. A Baltimore native, Michael is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University, where he played guitar and served as the president of the Jazz Ensemble.
