Bell v. T., DDS

ACK obtained judgment in favor of the defendant in the matter of Bell v. T., DDS. The case centered on a dental malpractice action in which the plaintiff alleged that improperly placed restorations resulted in recurrent decay and, ultimately, endodontic care to save previously healthy teeth. The Court found that the physician did not act negligently.
