Anderson, Coe & King, LLP is pleased to announce the return of Ryan Bautz as a partner to the firm and the addition of Patrick Hanlon as our newest attorney.

Ryan has returned to ACK after two and a half years with the Department of the Army where he served as an attorney for the U.S. Army Installation Management Command’s Pacific Directorate and Headquarters, U.S. Army Pacific, in Honolulu, Hawaii. There he advised on federal labor and employment, administrative law, procurement, and ethics matters and represented the Army in Merit Systems Protection Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and Office of Special Counsel proceedings. Among his duties, Ryan guided high level internal government investigations concerning wrongdoing by field grade officers and civil service officials, workplace discrimination and harassment, and garrison administration and operations. He also represented individuals and the command in OSC whistleblower investigations. Ryan is excited to resume his civil litigation and employment law practice at the firm, including representation of federal employees in disciplinary and equal employment opportunity matters.

Patrick comes to ACK after graduating from Washington and Lee School of Law and completing a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Pamela J. White in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
