Megan graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland School of Law. While in law school, Megan clerked for a local litigation firm, interned for the Honorable Richard D. Bennett of the US District Court for the District of Maryland, and served as a research assistant to University of Maryland Professor Maxwell Stearns.
Before joining ACK, Megan completed judicial clerkships with Magistrate Judges Stephanie A. Gallagher and J. Mark Coulson of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
