Anderson, Coe & King, LLP has represented boards of education throughout Maryland since the formation of the Maryland Association of Boards of Education Group Insurance Pool in 1986. Our school liability team has defended teachers and administrators in a wide variety of cases, including claims of sexual misconduct towards students, inadequate supervision of students and failure to discipline. Our firm also defends the boards in premises liability and motor tort cases.
As part of our service to area boards, we work proactively with local risk managers to review policies and procedures and suggest changes to prevent future incidents.
