Anderson, Coe & King represents businesses of all sizes—from Fortune 500 companies to local organizations—in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters. We handle cases in both federal and state courts, especially those involving contract disputes, anti-trust suits, copyright issues, Uniform Commercial Code violations, commercial real estate cases and allegations of tortious interference with contracts or prospective business.

Combining a strong knowledge of business issues with a breadth of trial experience, Anderson, Coe & King’s talented, determined litigators prepare cases with an eye toward trial, giving each client a favorable negotiation stance from which to resolve disputes. If a case cannot be resolved, our litigators have the background and skill to prevail in court.

Our commercial litigation experience includes the following matters:

• Defended a national retailer in a copyright infringement action seeking a nationwide injunction and monetary relief.
• Defended a regional real estate multiple listing service in a federal antitrust action in the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals.
• Litigated a copyright violation case on behalf of an architectural firm involving a competitor’s use of protected designs.
• Successfully defended a large commercial landlord against a claim of wrongful eviction and tortious interference with business relations and successfully recovered $350,000 in unpaid rent and construction costs via a claim against the plaintiff/tenant’s bankruptcy estate.
• Defended a major manufacturer on warranty, misrepresentation and environmental contamination claims following the sale of a manufacturing plant.
• Represented a national retail chain store in a commercial lease dispute involving issues of access to property and site line construction restrictions.
